Distribution scheme for material under ENTAV-INRA® trademark for countries with quarantine

United States
The ENTAV-INRA® trademark is represented in the United States since 1998. Today 4 licensees distribute material under ENTAV-INRA® trademark.

Chile
Mother vines of Vinifera and rootstocks have been set up by the University of Talca (www.ctvv.cl), licensee of the ENTAV- INRA®. In 2003, two other contracts of license were signed for the commercialisation of plants with the companies: Vivero San Vicente (www.viverosanvicente.cl) et Viverosur (www.viverosur.com).

Australia
Contracts of license of the ENTAV-INRA® trademark were signed in April 2004 with The Yalumba Nursery (www.yalumbanursery.com) for the propagation and commercialization of plants. Material was sent in quarantine station in Australia.

New Zealand

ENTAV was accredited by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF) of New Zealand which enables the material under ENTAV-INRA® trademark to benefit from quarantine level 2. Contracts of license have been signed with Riversun Nurseries (www.riversun.co.nz) in January 2003. Some material is currently in the quarantine station and release is expected during year 2004.

South Africa

A prospect mission was made this year to estimate the South African market potential and the export of material under ENTAV-INRA® trademark. Negotiations are taking place with vine nurseries interested by a license of the ENTAV-INRA® trademark.

Argentina
Contracts of license under the ENTAV-INRA® trademark have been signed in August 2003 with Vivero Mercier Argentina (vivero@mercierar.com.ar). Material is at present in quarantine station and will be released soon.
